GCSat subscribes to the following Code of Conduct in all our dealings with customers and suppliers in order to provide the highest quality service and support to our customers.

We will

  • aid customers to make choices that are in their interests.
  • keep personal information confidential unless required to release such information by applicable law.
  • keep our customers informed of interruptions and outages of service.
  • ensure the customer receives the best service possible.
